I have been teaching heart-centered gentle yoga for over ten years.  I teach yoga as a slow moving meditation designed to still the mind.  When the mind is still, we have access to the heart.

When I was younger, I had what is often referred to as 'monkey mind'.  My mind would race at 100MPH, 100% of the time.  Through the practice of daily meditation, I learned to still my mind and open my heart.   As a result of my daily meditation practice, my experience of life has changed dramatically.  If you'd like meditation mentorship, reach out on the contact page and let's chat!
