A 5-week online journey into music, mantra & meditation with Darren
Each week, you’ll be expertly, lovingly, and intentionally guided by Darren — a devoted kirtan leader and globally-recognized meditation teacher — and supported by a heart-centered community of kindred spirits with whom you’ll share this special experience.
Together in each session, we will:
Learn 2 uplifting sacred songs to open your heart and voice
Chant & practice new mantras that awaken inner peace and activate a sense of soul-centered empowerment
Meditate together, using breath, mindfulness, and mantra to still the mind and access innate wisdom
Receive spiritual insights and inspiring wisdom teachings from Darren’s decades of experience in the spiritual and holistic wellness spaces
Participate in group healing where you can simply relax & receive, clearing inner blocks and activating freedom, peace, and joy
Transform limiting beliefs through the vibration of song with expert guidance and soul-centered connection
Be supported — personally and spiritually — between sessions as needed
